Can anyone tell me which embossing folders are suitable for the Calibur please? Up to now I've only used spellbinders but keep seeing other brands/designs and wondered if they're any good? The Calibur has got an embossing plate:thinking: and tan mat but do I need anything else for these dies? Thanks for your help.

I don't have a grand caliber but I am sure you would be able to use cuttlebug folders and tim holtz and other sizzex folders and dies. The only thing you may have to do is to use a shim. Shims are pieces of paper that you place on top of your sandwich so that the sandwich fits through the roller.

I have loads of cuttlebug embossing folders and you can use them with your GC...

I use the C- Cutting Plate that comes with the GC, the embossing folder next... then cover it with a B Plate from my cuttlebug... and it embosses perfectly.
