I just watched a couple of old pre-records on Create and Craft - both of them had a little box in the top right of the screen advising that prices may be lower than shown due to the change in VAT. Not often we give praise to IW/C&C, but in this case it seems they are planning to pass on the savings to their customers. Shame on you QVC for being so slow. I seem to recall someone saying QVC turn over in excess of £80,000 per hour - that's an extra £2,000 of your customers money you are taking every hour you delay in updating your prices.
