I hadn't intended to get started on Christmas projects yet - but I found myself over the weekend making these advent calendars! It was a very ad hoc project - I started with one of the 3D houses from the Winter Woodland cartridge just to see how they worked....and it sort of snowballed! :) Mel Heaton's Winter Wonderland project was a great inspiration (she always is!).

Once I started making the drawers for the advent calendar I couldn't stop and made this little tree shaped one as well!!

Thanks everyone! The big secret to finding the time is my obsessive nature!! Once I get stuck into something I can find myself at it at 3am fighting the need to get some sleep!

WOW amazing is not a good enough word,I find it hard enough finding time to make cards and I am at home all day,but then I don't have the talent to do something like that anyway. I agree Mel is great insperation, she makes it look all so easy(not for this idiot )who is still trying to get the pressure and blade right lol.
Have told my self that I will get all my Birthday swaps cards done till of end of the year and make a start on using my cricut , thats when I have made and iced the Christmas cake , dealt with the list of cards daughter wants made and watched everything I have recorded but not got round to watching on sky, geez how to you workers find the time to relax LOL
