I was just watching Kirsty making a robin and wondered if anyone does this craft?

If so, where do you get your supplies? :117:

I think this (http://www.winghamwoolwork.co.uk/) is the number 1 shop Vicky. And this (http://www.texere-yarns.co.uk) one is worth a look, too.
Have fun!

I do needle felting, it's fun - when you aren't stabbing your fingers! You can make neat shapes if you use those small pastry/icing cutters. Just put the wool inside and stab away!

Try this ebay seller for excellent service, they sell packs of fibres in mixed colours in small amounts, ideal for anyone starting out as well as needles and foam.

thanks jammy and Susan, I could use a bit of stab therapy if that doesn't sound too weird!

I might buy a kit to get me started.

I saw that show too, Vicky, and loved it! However, as I am just starting a new (and expensive) hobby with my sugarcrafting, I dare not even:bandit: look at the shops suggested. I will come back to this thread in 6 months time to then be able to start a new obsession :). Please do all post pictures of what you've made.

I missed a lot of that show but saw the finished robin. Trying to stop myself google needle felting as I really cannot allow myself to start yet another new craft!
