very strange and annoying

I was just having a look at the craft extravaganza product review from this morning. The item i wanted 827793 die cut heaven revisited is showing on the Ideal World site as stock low,but when I put it into the C&C web site it comes up out of stock :( So how much do I want it ? enough not to get my 10% discount ? :(

See, I knew there was something odd about having stock listed separately on the 2 sites - like the Clearance sections. I have to say that peek I had at the craft clearance on IW was more interesting than the same old stuff that's been listed on C&C for yonks.

I wonder if this apparent separate listing is what causes the so-called 'back orders'? Sells out on say IW, but we're busy ordering on C&C & get stuffed?

They reckoned they were sorting this sort of thing out months ago.
It often says low stock on live TV then you go to c&c and it's sold out,despite them still saying verbally that it's limited stock.
