pattern for an angel wing or aka butterfly wing sleeve top

Hi I have a couple of these tops but I'd like to make a white cotton one for summer, I can sew enough to get by but really need a pattern to follow, anyone seen one please

Wow thanks Genierose that is exactley what I was looking for, I tried one on in H ans M last year but it was too shoet and not sewn as much up the sides sadly it revealed too much flesh, it was made in a lovely white cotton fabric with some lacey stuff round the edges, I shall definatley try this thanks again x
