Hiya all,

Just found out the hard way (ordered full price product from Create and Craft a few days ago).
Until 19th March they are selling Craft Artist 2 Professional at Half Price. After a bit of a fraught conversation with customer services they agreed to credit my account with the difference so I am now a very happy bunny. Its well worth having a chat with them in this sort of situation, it was all sorted very quickly. It's good to talk!

I see that DaisyTrail are also offering at the same price.

Hugs to all,

Tony

I prefer the first CA and rarely use the new version.

What are the advantages of the CAP 2 over the first one please? (got mine for the price of the postage on the offer last year) and get myself so lost sometimes, dont know whether to bother!!

The stamp tool is one I use a lot to make my own papers, the extended colour tools so you can match everything up and the decoupage are extras I use a lot.

It is also very easy to import PDF's (bye bye to the bl**dy snapshot tool) and either make into digikits or save as PNG or Jpeg images. Bliss!

Bliss is the perfect word for it,
it makes life so much easier.

Very Serena. you just choose 'Import PDF' and then choose the file you want from your computer or cd drive and it opens as a page. You can then crop it or whatever you wish and either save it as an image file or save it as a digikit which is easy too. You open up several pages from one disk, do what you need to do (e.g. crop to single image if it is a page of multiples) then drag it to the left side bar as an embellishment, backing paper, or whatever. For susequent pages copy and paste onto your first page and drag over to sidebar. When you have collected all the ones you want to put into one digikit you save it and you have it to use whenever you need it in the My Digikits folder.
