An Oldie But A Good Design Team

Hi Guys

I've been keeping this under my hat on here for a couple of weeks (for reasons that will become apparent!) but I'm really excited to share that I've joined the design team on An Oldie But A Goodie Challenge (http://oldiebutagoodiechallenge.blogspot.co.uk/). I :heart: this challenge, as you need to use an item that is at least 6 months old on your project, so it's a really good way of making you delve into your stash mountain (I never have a problem finding an item to use :giggle:).

So for my first DT challenge, I made a project made entirely from items that were over 6 months old, some of you may recongise it from the Easter Swap (which is why I couldn't say anything until after Easter!)

That's wonderful Dips - both your cards and your news. I guessed that was your card on the Easter swap (only one I got right). Like the way you've worked your hatpins into thet ravel theme- glad you didn't put them too near the balloon though:giggle:

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I'm so chuffed as this challenge suits me to a T. Firstly, I really love the concept of this challenge - making you use something old from your stash, that's never a problem for me and makes me ferret out stash that I'd forgotten about. Secondly, it's a fortnightly challenge so is not too big a commitment, especially if I'm organised and combine the challenges with cards for my Lite swap.

Hope to see some of my lovely forum friends participating in the challenges, we've got some great subjects coming up!
