Here is the quilt I have spent most of the year making as a Christmas present for my son's daughter. I put in the final stitches sewing it together this evening. I used Margaret Sherry's animal alphabet for the cross stitched squares. My favourite one was Y is for Yak which I made while I was up in the area of the Himalayas in Nepal where they live. Didn't see one this time as I didn't trek high enough, but I did last year!!

Apologies if it doesn't come out the right way round - I take the pictures various ways round, but when I try to upload them as an attachment they all seem to turn the opposite way!
