I really enjoyed doing the ribbon embroidery but lost the ribbon to finish the leaves at the bottom I'm going to have to find a shop that sells it. I've got loads of ribbon but nothing like the ribbon used.

The top one needs to be stretched a bit.

Lovely work and you are so prolific Waterlily. As I've mentioned before, I have the same ribbon embroidery kit (bought from Carol Smith when she was on QVC) and I really must get going with it. Let me know if you struggle to find the ribbon, I might have some spare.

Thank you everyone.

Hi Pamela it's crocus, I love this time of the year when everything is coming into bloom.

Thank you Spendsloads, I found with the ribbon that there wasn't a lot left over ( don't know if I overdid it with the roses, probably). The ribbon is very flimsy and I've got nothing at all like it. I expect I've put it somewhere safe as I had a 'rest' from doing that one and did the other one lol. Serves me right.

Beautiful Pam

I did ribbon embroidery but also found it hard to get the ribbon when I had used up the kit

Lovely work. I bought most of my ribbon from Tee Pee Crafts, mostly for my mini silk rose making, but I did use some for a ribbon embroidered card. They also do a lovely line in American filigrees, highly dangerous to my bank balance! :)

So pretty Waterlily, I especially love the windowbox - the window and redbrickwork remind my of my Nana's house in Aigburth when I was very very little!
