even the coffee coloured roses were made from icing
hubby opted for one large candle as he did not want the fire brigade called out lol

Not had any yet the top cake was cut and handed out but I Was too full to have any
Will cut the main cake over Easter shame to cut it really

I was supposed to be called Jane after dads mum but there were so many Jane and Janets around
I was called Janice
I have always been called Jan unless I was naughty then it was "JANICE " I knew I was in trouble then
Hubby is the only one who calls me Janice and writes Janice in my cards lol

What an amazing cake LJ - and so original too. Have you cut into the second tier yet? (if it had been mine, I'm not sure I could bear to).

Yes cut into it yesterday as I did not want it to go stale
It is quite yummy lovely vanilla taste and the butter icing and jam filling
Was not sweet and sickly like most cakes
Before it gets dry so I am cutting it all up and giving some to the elderly neighbours
Hark at me Saying elderly like I'm a spring chicken
But seeing the next oldest neighbour is 70 and after that they are in their 80's and 90's
I must be compared to them ,wish I had their energy lol
