Nitwit Collections are having a two day sale this weekend http://nitwitcollections.com/shop/
There are a few kits there I've got my eye on. For instance http://nitwitcollections.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=522 :)

Looks interesting - but how do they print out? Do you print yours onto paper or card?

I've just started to use digital images (It's Sandra's fault - LOL), I started to print my digi-images unto light cardstock so I can colour them which is fine. But I don't like how full papers look printed on normal inkjet paper (even it's extra white etc....). I have the feeling I would need thin photographic paper that is not fully glossed but not mat either (if that makes sense). I saw a pack of 100 sheets of kodak semi-gloss and thought that would do the trick but didn't buy it as I wanted to ask someone on the forum first.

So to ask like Prudence, what sort of paper do you use to print background papers and small art (tags or what-have-yous) on ? I've heard of satin paper, would that kodak semi-gloss be similar (reason I ask it's currently 'only' £9.99 down from £19.99 at WhSmith). Basically I want a really nice brilliance from my print as every time I print on normal paper it looks like the colours are dull. Even if I set my printer to use more ink or try to do the manual thing and pretend it's photographic paper........in one word > HELP !

I was using 120 gsm printer paper from Smiths which is £19.99 a ream and recently found 250 sheet packs of the same weight paper at Tescos at an amazing £3.25 a pack.
I'm actually finding this on a par with the Smiths product if not better. It is crisp white with a slight sheen and I don't seem to be experiencing any dulling of the printed image. I'd also say that it cuts very well should you want to do decoupage.
In the past I've used photo papers but can't personally justify the added expense.

I always use the photo and text option when printing, it seems to me that if I use photo or best photo that is when the edges on the design seem to fuzzy up (technical term)

Hope this is of help:)

Why is it I always remember this sort of thing in the middle of the night.........
