Has anyone tried the CC Clevercut please? Also, with all 4 'blades' being (I would think) on a cartridge type of fitting do they last quite a while? and/or are they expensive. Any comments appreciated!

JM I was looking at that trimmer because I need one that has interchangeable blades. I am particularly after something with a perforating blade. It seems to have mixed reviews so I decided not to go for it.

That's the reason I fancied one too Lioness and the deckled edge as well! Didn't know about any reviews though. Can't see me using all the functions but on the other hand, they're a nice option! Bet someone will be along later who maybe has one!

Sigh, I bought a thingie with 10 or 11 different blades from C & C many years ago. Cost me £60+ which was definitely a considered purchase. I even bought new mats for it, but when push comes to shove, I hardly ever use it. 99.9999 % of the time I use my little Woodware cutter. I have a larger Woodware, also hardly ever used.

The one I've had for donkey's years is a Fiskars they're about £6 for 2 but blades aren't readily available round here. It doesn't seem to give the clean cut that it once did though - I seem to go back to scalpels for that!

Ah now, since having the plate and pin removed from me fumble I find I can't use a knife. Actually I think I attacked some rubber stamps way too soon after the op, as in the next day. No brains, that's what is wrong with me. :(

I believe the C&C one is the same as:

That's the one Alan just a diff 'label' and its on offer too at £17.99. Can't find their replacement cassettes on site and the reviews are mixed - as they are for the CC one. Decisions, Decisions !!

I did buy one from Lidl which had 3 blades (scorer, cutter and perforator but unfortunately it fell apart, hence the need for a replacement
I need a perforator because I create forms with a detachable receipt for an organisation I help out with. I need to 'cut' about 200 sheets of paper every time so the trimmer needs to be fairly robust and be able to take several sheets at a time.

JM the reviews I read were on Amazon, and Hobbycraft have loads too

It had a poor review from Mrsalan1302 - can't remember why now though as it was a few years ago.
