Hi everyone. I have not posted on this forum for a long time but am wondering if any of you can help me. I am considering asking my husband for a Stamping Press for Christmas and am hoping that someone may be able to help me with a few queries.
- Are they worth getting?
- Which stamping press would you recommend?
- Do they help with stamping onto acetate? This is something I have problems with.
- Do they help with stamps that have a lot of solid areas, such as silhouettes?
- Have you tried taking rubber or Clarity stamps off their mounts in order to use them with the press - is this a problem?
- What do you consider are the pros and cons.
I am going to the NEC in two weeks' time and am hoping to see some demonstrations and maybe buy one. I would be extremely grateful for any advice or help that anyone could give before that.
