.. a problem with the craftroom website? my sister ordered goods from them and a few items were out of stock, they said they would forward them when back in stock two months ago, after emails and phone calls there is no response :mad::mad: is this unusual? and is there a way to resolve the problem if they ignore requests even from a phone call.

Trading standards are always a good source of advise You can register an issue with them and then take it from there I think after waiting over 2 months and having tried to contact them I would ask them to either provide the good ordered or refund the money owed. Give them a timescale (say within the next 7 days) and advise that if you do not receive one of the other you will refer back to trading standards regarding taking further action

Sugarplum is right and also write them a letter as they can pretend they never received an email but a recorded letter it's something tangible which you can use to back your claim either with trading standards if you've paid by cheque, otherwise if you've paid by card (even debit card with Visa) you can do a chargeback !
