Sincere apologies before I start if this has already been discussed......but..... any ideas on the TSV next week. I hate to say would love another Kanban TSV, as generally they are lovely and high quality. Not sure about some of the new Loralie designs, but each to their own. Preferably something non Christmassy also.
Any ideas?

PS: If there is a thread somewhere about this, can someone delete my thread and bump the old one.

They are a US scrapbooking company not a big fan of their designs, but ho hum you never know! Would've thought it would be a scrapbooking TSV for them with Rosemary. They don't have a UK distributor so maybe Do-crafts or similar are working with them.

Thanks so much for finding out the TSV, even though I am a bit disappointed that it is D&D. The Do Crafts website does show some samples which state they are QVC exclusive designs and I have to admit some are very cute. However as has already been said, I think we have had our fair share of "cute" kits recently with the Forever Friends and Patchwork Pals.
Oh well each to their own and if it is a bargain price for the kit, like Forever Friends was good on those who get it.
Thanks again

Well I have just had an email from DoCrafts confirming the TSV. Surely they are not allowed to do that?
I know we all go through these guessing games and criticise/praise what we think might be heading our way, but to have it confirmed almost a full week before it's appearance is a HUGE disappointment. Shame on DoCrafts for spoiling the guessing games. If people are not interested in the DoCrafts TSV then they won't be bothering to stop up which may well effect other sales that would have taken place during that hour. I am surprised that QVC has allowed this for that very reason.

Got the email this morning too. I agree; to much cuteness I think in the rubber stamps that have been on the go just now. I don't want anymore  In fact I may not even order anything this time round, which will be unusual for me. I normally get something even if it's to stock up on DS tape and the like. The reason being :wait: I have had a go at giving my Craft Room a good going over  and I have finally told my self 'Enough IS ENOUGH' Hubby has been on at me for ages to stop buying stuff. Now I realise I do have too much stuff I will never use. I'm making a big box up for a friend of mine & my niece; would hate to throw it all out as hubby has threatened to get a skip!

It won't be forever. my boys are now almost two and no longer drag all the cushions into the garden to pile up on what is left of the lawn (dustbowl) to suck or sleep on. They now rarely play tickertape parades with the newspaper or try to help when I am crafting by putting noseprints on my best papers. Its lovely rearing puppies and lovely when its over :clapping:

I think we are becoming wiser in what we buy, having cleared out my craft stash there are a lot of rubbishy tsv's which I have bought and hardly used, I got taken in during the early days, but now am much more discerning. Hopefully qvc will see a trend and maybe, just maybe, give us better tsv's because it isn't as exciting as it used to be waiting for it to appear at midnight.

The only ones I've bought this year (I think!) were the WRMK cutting mat set and K&Co bumper pad and this one is definitely not even remotely tempting me!
The cubes could have tempted me if I had the money but I was lucky enough to pick up 2 5x5 expedits this week for £40 each (sadly I only have room in the craft area for 1 of them so DS is having the other for his toys.)
In fact, for the first time in years, I'm not even staying up for the tsv launch

Hmm, I have to say that the picture on lola's link looks much posher than the qvc stock photo from SCW's :wonder:
The qvc pic makes them look like some cheap plastic square boxes that snap together. I had a set from a discount shop ages ago and they aren't at all sturdy, I tried putting scrapbooks and paper in them and they wobbled rather alarmingly.

The ones in the photo with DB look like the genuine i-cubes as on their website and now that QVC have added the picture and the item details, it looks as though they are selling a completely different item! The QVC ones look like they are just 'inners' to fit inside the i-cube units :wonder: rather misleading if it is.
What time will they be on? I'll have to tune in now out of curiosity :confused2:

I'll stick my head above the parapet and say I quite like the tsv. I think it would be a nice simple kit for my kids to make some Christmas cards of their own and the stamps will be easy for them to have a go with and colour in. I've tried to price all the individual items and have come in at around £35 - £40 so pretty good value. Two of my girls recently made me lovely cards for my birthday and I think they would get some fun out of this kit.
Will now deliberate I expect until it sells out! :wait:

Oh the shame, after saying it didn't interest me at all I'm actually quite tempted  :giggle:
Just because I love making inky cards and bits doesn't mean that it's what various family members are into so I'm very tempted to buy these as 'cards for the aunties' :cheeky:

The ones in the photo with DB look like the genuine i-cubes as on their website and now that QVC have added the picture and the item details, it looks as though they are selling a completely different item! The QVC ones look like they are just 'inners' to fit inside the i-cube units :wonder: rather misleading if it is.
I did manage to catch the demo for these and they looked a real load of rubbish, cheap and nasty .... well not cheap .... what a disappointment.
I'm now obsessed with the Ikea storage units :):):)
