Wendie Rhodes heart bag template

does anyone remember Wendie assembling the heart bag from a template last year. You had to thread two pieces together to create a heart bag that opened. Does anyone know how to thread oit together? mine keeps going wrong! Ta

its kind of hard to explain...the strips go inside and outside the two layers, not under and over...will look for a website.
