Worst Website Ever !!!!!

Just wanted to say how annoyed I am with C&C's website.

I have been trying since last night to order the POTD and have been unable to. Think I'm up to about ten attempts now. Maybe someone somewhere is telling me not to order this kit !!!!

Either the website was down or I would get all the way through to the check out to be told either the order hadn't been authorised or C&C's website was having technical problems.

I can't believe that a company can do this to people. I'm annoyed with myself for trying to order from them again, but I really like the kit.

just a thought, if you can work out who distributes, or makes the item, could you get it direct from them? I wanted an unmounted stamp set which sold outon IW. Due to some helpful folk here I found out where to get it. I actually bought it off ebay for the same as C+C were selling it with my member discount and the free p+p. So I was well chuffed, as my money went to a more deserving person:)

Oh dear Barney :( I haven't tried to order anything from them for several weeks, but from what Nigel was saying this afternoon, they've been having probs with the site all day. He even made a joke with the studio crew about it as in "The p&p is..." "FREE" "And the website is..." "NOT WORKING"

I'm sure I heard him say that you could get C&C Club discount on phone orders due to the probs with the site...

Now I read the title of this post and thought to myself..... that has to be the Create and Craft web site.... then I got this horrible thrill thinking that perhaps someone had managed to find a worse one.... so I jumped in to read the post.... but nope..... the worst web site in the world is still Create and Craft :D

ahh but yes other POTD's have sold out and appeared in Extravaganza's!

The multibuy didn't sell out though so I bet it will be in a craft extravaganza. If it is in plenty of time before Christmas I'll buy it then.

Be careful if you ever do ring an order through when the website is down.They tell you that your club discount will be applied ,and it might not be .my friend had to fight for weeks to get the discount back as she was charged full price. in fact I think so gave up in the end and put it down to experience ...well a C&C experience anyway :(

I tried to buy the glitter vellums last night through the C&C website as they weren't showing up on IW's website, got all the way through card authorisation then no confirmation. No idea if the order went through. I assume not as I didn't get an email from them.
