For the first time ever with qvc I have received an email saying my item is on its way. Is this a new thing ? I saw it was shipped yesterday dinner time bit gthe email came this morning so lookinf forward to getting it. Hope it comes today so i can play over weekend. (decoup large set in case your wondering):)

Must be a new thing - goes along with the order confirmation email you now get....

They have my email addy but I haven't received a confirmation or dispatched email for any of my orders

I presume this is fairly new. Received an email this morning to say one item is on it's way to me. In my account there are three things which have been dispatched but only the one email. It seems quite random at the moment.

I've just been into my e-mail and have received several e-mails like this! Why can't they just send me one! In fact there is no need for this when you can look at your account, I think they may be trialing it, cos QVC USA have always sent a confirmation, but only if you order by web, then another when it is sent! It would be better if IW did this!

Hmmm - I've checked my account & my order's been despatched (yay!) but didn't get an email...

I got one this morning with two items listed on it, yet didn't receive anything to say the TSV had shipped. Nice to know things have shipped, but strange that it all seems a tad random.
I received an email a few weeks ago for an item, then have since ordered other things but not received any emails for those! Then got one email for an item I ordered on Craft Day although I ordered several other things too!
Seems very random to me!

I received an e-mail advising my Donna Dewberry painting package had been despatched on the 2nd October. Still waiting for it to arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Returned QVC's standard claim letter on Thursday but no response from them yet. Can anyone give me some idea how long a refund take, please? Would prefer to have my £50 + in MY bank account and not theirs.
