My mystery Secret Santa

I am posting this separately, as while its a SS card, its extra to the swap, a lovely surprise and utterly gorgeous.

What happened was this large envelope arrived in the post, I unwrapped this gorgeous card and inside it said "from your Secret, Secret Santa". Being as I did not 'plan' this swap, I don't have the faintest idea who made it for me and even the postmark has me puzzled. I will be posting a photo of this, as well as my SS and 5 card swaps on the relevant threads.
