After receiving a gorgeous easel card from Princess4Wiz in the Valentine swap, and not recognising what it was, I thought it was about time I had a go at making one. They have since become my latest obsession and every other card I make seems to be one.

Here's another quick House Mouse card that I made to go in a box of goodies for my DH in Afghanistan. I love the sentiment on this one.

My first easel card. This was made with Nesties but I think I really need some Grand ones and a Calibur........ lol

Never made an easel card, but you have inspired me to have a go. Yours are gorgeous, I particularly like the dog one and am not a dog person.

Your cards are gorgeous Lynne, as usual!

I made my first easel card for the Christams SS and can't stop making them now. The grand nesties are really useful, so I've got my eyes on a few more.

I love your cards Lynne, how did you make the flowers in the vase!

Easels are just lovely for displaying images.

They are really classy and stunning Lynne,

Love the choccy one too, think I might have to invest in some of the nesties!

That was very technical, ROC.......

I was at the Harrogate Show and I bought a Kanban topper. :sun:

The silver embossing is all done with the foam La Blanche stamps from QVC.

Thank you for the lovely comments ladies.

A wonderful selection of cards Lynne, all so different but all equally delightful to receive! :sun:
I love the simple little flowers you've done on the 'candles' card, are they cut from white card? Very spa like....! LOL

Really are lovely cards Lynne.

I had to bypass the choccie one. I love Thorntons and hubby bought me one of those massive two layer boxes for Mother's Day, and I am sick at the sight of them.

None for me at Easter thanks or will have to change my name to "currently known as blarf"!

It's a Martha Stewart punch, Kitten. It doesn't really show up in the photo but it's a pale cream Stardream card, the same as the base. I used the same punch on the dog card, along with a very small Quickutz flower die.

I didn't realise it was possible to have too much chocolate, Alice. Especially Thorntons.

Ah, that makes sense Lynne, I did wonder what sort of card it might be, as even with my poop eyesight it looks to have a lovely smooth, almost velvety texture to it, IYSWIM....?
