Some fun jewellery to make (super easy)

I found this through Twitter as I follow the Bead Shop in Manchester (it's really fab, apparently, in a vintage department store, but I live too far away to go. Penny went at Christmas.) It's from......Blue Peter! The girl doing the demo is a former contestant off Project Catwalk (Oh, I loved that show!). Yes. it's sticking, but actually, you could make it more difficult if you wanted. The results are really pretty and fun.
There are instructions (memory joggers, really) and videos.

ooh you would love it at the manc bead shop Kate, it's fabulous, the whole Afflecks Palace is fabulous, it's like another world, I used to buy bits and bobs when I was doing jewellery, the link looks fun x

Thanks for the link Kate but I couldn't watch the video. What makes film makers think that this sort of filming technique is enjoyable to watch. It made me feel sick and dizzy.
