My local shop is very expensive, I'm looking for some nice christmassy material to try and make the stocking from Mandy Shaws show, anyone know anywhere reasonable to buy online? dont need much as it's done mainly with strips

Do you have an abakhan shop near Angela? the fabric offcuts part of this shop has lots of different materials, they weigh this so be careful you dont pick too large a piece.

Abakhan is great for off cuts and they have a lot of christmassy fabrics, there is one in Manchester on Oldham St you might be able to get to Angie.

My votes are also for Abakhan and Fabricland. I go to Abakhan up in Liverpool when I get a chance and otherwise my local Fabricland, but I think they both do mail order.
