"Rag-Rug" Lady, HELP (please)

A few weeks ago, there was a young lady (tiny, pretty and dark curly hair) on C & C with various crafts on one programme - cant remember who the presenter was tho, and one of the dems was for rag rug work (mats or cushions etc). I can remember she said she'd bought an old building that she had converted into a craft academy style place and think it was up north east. Can anyone remember what the name of the company or where it was was please? Thanks
