oops...sorry yes got the wrong pencils, but I did get these, :clapping: lucky, as had to go onto waitlist after turning round just as the item started and was put straight onto waitlist..phew!!!Finally got them,(even though chance of getting them was "poor") they will of course be a Christmas present to myself...I do prefer working with these, even over my copics, but the price was always out of reach apart from a small 12 pencil tin!

You'll love them Daydreamer. I am afraid in the past I was a colouraholic and I have the full 120 tin of these the full 132 prismacolours, then I also have Inktense Watercolour pencils, lyracolours and 12 of the FC chalk pencils, plus copics and prismas! Yes I know ludicrous amount of money spent on colouring.

I have been colouring with my prismas this afternoon, and I had forgotten what beautiful soft blending I can do with them.

:hi: Oh my...can't wait to use all the different colours, I do find they are so much more ~forgiving~ than copics...much easier to cover up errors of judgement

A good battery driven pencil eraser can not only cover up errors, but also help shade.

If you are looking for a good cardstock for blending with this type of pencil, may I suggest the Elegant 300gsm card that you can find on Joanna Sheen's website. It blends like a dream on there. I searched long and hard for decent cardstock to blend on, as some has too much of a key in it and grabs the wax too hard to let it blend out nicely. The Elegant also has the advance of printing nicely too, and the ink seems to sink into it better than say Neenah and therefore less chance of smearing the ink outline.
