To start, a group shot of my array of beautiful birthday cards.

Budgie
A lovely fresh card, full of Spring, the stamped image is beautifully coloured


EnglishMinx
There are so many techniques in this card, the card is hand-coloured, then there are more stamped accents in different colours and finally, heat embossed white swirls.


Maisie
What a gorgeous girly die-cut image (or maybe Silhouette Cameo) and lovely handmade flowers. I love the swirl die cut too.

MistyBlue
Such a pretty card and so apt, I made some gorgeous cupcakes which we tucked into on my birthday, so this little LOTV lady is spot on. And can you spot one of my favourite hatpins tucked into the flowers?


Pam
Another lovely hatpin (you’ll see that there is a theme emerging here) and Pam has beautifully stitched one of my favourite flowers, Iris. Such clever fingers at work.


Princess4Wizz
I think someone knows that Lilac is my favourite colout! I think the card is Hunkydory? Again, a lovely pair of hatpins, and I spot the flowers are made from Tonic Petal Pairs


Satincollie
Lots of beautiful detailing, the background is embossed and then sponged, as is the spellbinders(?) oval, I’m not sure if the butterflies are stamped and they are so lovely. More lovely hatpins, I’d love to know where the rose bead came from.

ShoeQueen
Such a sweetcard, it must have taken such a time to cut out and decoupage all those tiny cupcakes, each one hand-coloured, flittered and the cherries are glossed.


SpainJane
I also shudder to think how long this card took to make. I hope I’ve spotted all the different techniques but it is so detailed that I’m sure I’ll have missed something. I think the flowers and butterflies have been coloured with mica-powders. Then more butterflies have been stencilled with embossing paste and these are dusted with mica(?). Finally, there are double-layered Papillion Butterflies. I hope I’ve not missed anything on this lovely card.


Spendsloads
I think you all know I like a dress stamp (and I have this stamp plate myself), gorgeous colouring and beautiful handmade flowers.


Winspiration
Another beautiful hatpin adorning a lovely Anna Griffin creations. I think the pearl swirls are ZVA?
