Default Some Christmas Crafts (a bit late I know!!!!)

I haven't been posting much but I've been crafting up a storm!! I've continued my quest to make all the gifts I give. It's a challenge - but I have fun trying.

(APOLOGIES for the number and size of these pictures!! I have no idea how to get them any smaller!)

    Mittens for my nieces:

A mini Christmas quilt. I actually made three of these - one for me, one for my sister, and one for my best friend! Took a long time but I really like the result.

And finally - this is a canvas I did for my sister-in-law who loves loves loves the Montreal Canadiens (an ice hockey team). I used my Cricut to design the word art, cut it from vinyl and used the vinyl as a mask to paint the canvas. She loved it! (Her last name isn't blurred out in the real one!!)

Oh! And because one of my resolutions in 2014 was to make more stuff for me - here are some cushions I made.

The bigger the better so that we can see your creations in all their glory! What a wonderful and varied selection SooG, and I'm sure that we're all pleased that you've posted the photos.

Wow, fabulous projects SooG, the quilt is just stunning as are the cushions, the mittens are so clever and the personalised canvas for your SIL is brilliant. I bet everyone loved all of their gifts - I know I would.

.... and not the forget your gorgeous woofer guarding the mittens.

    Thanks for photos.

First and foremost, can I have the doggie please? Is it a French bulldog or a Boston? I like both breeds so don't mind which.

Your work is amazing and I'm sure you are really pleased with everything.

Another question - can you adopt me please? I would sooooooooooo like a pressie from you.

Oh yes AND what's the doggie's name?

Lovely, especially the mittens, what a talented lady. I like your quilts as well, lots of work but beautiful when completed. I hope your hard work was appreciated by the new owners.

The dog is wonderful as well.

    Thanks everyone!

The dog is a French bulldog. He's called Freddy and belongs to my niece so that's who I made the mittens for. I think he's the cutest dog in the world and miss him (almost) as much as I miss my nieces!!
