Default Hopefully Not To Late to Show Christmas Cards Part 2

These two card I made around over 30 of each. I wrapped up 5 of each and gave to my daughter as a present. The rest were sent out to friends.

The 6x6 scalloped card from The Range is more cream coloured than any of the photos shows. The embossing folder I used was from a magazine. It's not as deep as the branded embossing folders and I found giving a quick spray of Crafter's Diamond Pearl made it stand out more. The plain 6x6 card was from Hobbycraft and the same colour as the scalloped but thinner card. The dies again are the Tonic Rococo Christmas Tree and Christmas Fairy.

Without flash (sorry a bit blurred)

    Plain edged card with flash.

I made three of these in white 6x6 scalloped card from The Range and still have them. The small Creative Expressions Bauble stamps which I heat embossed with Cosmic Shimmer silver powder then cut with a die from the Spellbinder's 2011 Bauble die set.

    First with flash.

Second without flash which shows embossed detail more but not the shimmer from the Crafter's spray Diamond Pearl.

Penelope honest no skill involved, just put some embossed card, die cuts, mats and peel offs together. The white cards were my first steps in stamping and embossing, which is why I only made three. I am still learning and making mistakes along the way.

Summer it was Cardmaking & Papercraft Issue no.135 October 1014 (Bought in September). It was a bit more expensive than other magazines at £5.99 but it came with the embossing folder, stamps and papers.
