I am waiting for the Monster deal on C&C on Friday before I look at the sale.

I am not having a good craft week! Other to fisty cuffs with C&C, I have bought two downloads from Serif and when I download them they come up as 'Failed'. I have tried several times and the same thing happens. I have never had a problem before and am just about to tear my hair out! Help someone!

Get in touch with the DT team on their website. I think you can either phone or e-mail. When my laptop had a hard drive failure they restored all the kits I had bought directly from DT and helped me with a problem when I could not get my cards to print out.

Panic over! I just tried downloading them for about the eighth time and they finally downloaded properly.
