Default Law suit against Tonic USA

I was on the Craftydevils Facebook and I read that there is a law suit against Tonic from the owner of the Misti. I did a google and read on another forum that over in the USA there is a hold up of the Tonic one and that it was being revised. So not sure if this will affect those of us who have preordered over here. I haven't put the link for that forum on here as I wasn't sure it was appropriate. But I can give it if asked for.

Doubt if she will - I believe she has done it before.

This is it and it seems to be mainly aimed at Tim Holtz

Jeez, she's obviously got it in for him because he's helped bring out a better version of the overpriced one that she "invented". It's a good job that the "inventors" of cutting dies, clear stamps etc allowed other companies to manufacture their own.

It also appear WRMK and Hampton art lost their case. Sounds more like she is a wee bit nasty, especially in view of her item having breaks in the plastic and she then blamed the crafters themselves. But reading the PDF this morning, I felt she had it in for Tim Holtz as well.

I hope people stop buying her products, anybody would think she'd found the answer to world peace, not a poxy stamping board.

I imagine she has already made a fortune from sales. I hope she doesn't go after Toni if she gets an International patent.

A whole bunch of us over here from Splitcoaststampers forum have ordered our Tonic platforms at your UK Craft World. Mine was shipped today. The lawsuit is dragging on and we are tired of waiting. My Sweet Petunia company is an embarrassment.
