    Smile October C******** ornaments

My thanks to wonky doodle for the watbo ornaments. I will be making those again for the fluffit/woofit shop, though it will be next year before it happens.

Strictly speaking this one isn't a Christmas ornament as it was made for a fellow member of our needle/natter group for her birthday. It is based on a Jane Greenoff small band sampler, but as usual I sort of did my own thing in the end.

    Beautiful as usual.

Wish I had the patience to do and finish off the smaller stuff.

Must admit I do have a problem with the finishing off, as in I hate doing it. The actual stitching I don't have a problem with, even the bead work on the Mill Hill kits I love doing. I usually stick felt on the back of those, but some of them can be a tad awkward to do. Did you know that awkward is a ****** awkward word to spell? I thought query was bad enough, but awkward...................... :(

Haven't started on my November one yet as I really want to get some C******** knitting/crochet out of the way. The throw I may still be doing on Boxing Day while watching the horse racing, but the rest I need to finish long before then. Actually I am hoping to get the throw finished before C******** Day as I had planned on making a start on baby stuff, just can't make up my mind which of the shawls to do. There are two in crochet, plus that book of Sarah Don's on Shetland lace shawls. Decisions, decisions, all these decisions to make!
