Having a tidy up in my craftroom yesterday I found this on the floor under my worktop. I remember seeing it before but can't remember what it's for lol.

Sorry about the background it's the only thing I could find to make it show up properly. It's clear plastic.

It's about a 6 inch diameter linnick.

Having had a proper look at it it's got Hama and Art.400 written on it so it could be something to do with the Hama beads but I still don't know what.

Yes I think you are right

If you do a search for Hama bead mobile, and look at images, there is a picture of a mobile with purple and lilac hearts. The round ring you have is what the hearts are suspended from.
