    My brand new card arrived yesterday, haven't had one in years. Same a/c number, and dated from the 24th of April. ;)

    I shop through Easyfundraising - have already recouped my 1 investment with the money I saved on yesterday's Deal of the Day, the Club gift and the money donated to our church via Easyfundraising!

    Can anyone explain how to use the 10 credit? Should I have received a code? I can't find one. Feeling stupid.

    No sure if it has changed Mitzi, but it appears in your account when you go to check out what you want to buy. Your order has to be 50 or over.

    Dax is right Mitzi - you have to go right through to the payment page and it’ll be at the top right.

    Tried for several days to renew but when I click on renew button on my membership profile it just sends me to the home page.

    It's only intended for new members so clicking on renew won't work. I think the item number is 148319 (apologies if I've remembered it wrong). Enter the number as you would any item and buy the membership this way. Don't forget to enter the code channel when you get to the page with a box to enter it.

    Having received my new card dated the 24/4/2021, one assumes it is ok. My account still says 19 days to go though. When I PM'd C & C on Facebook the reply from Matt was that my membership would continue from that day. :)
