    Default Lockdown Challenge 2 - May 2020

    The rules:
Make anything art or craft (e.g. crochet, painting, sewing, papercraft,) incorporating one or more of the three themes below. Post a photo on here to cheer us all up.

    Themes for May:

    1. The colour yellow

    2. Animals - anything to which you would answer “animal” when asked, “Animal, vegetable or mineral?”

    3. Reuse, recycle, repurpose - use something recycled e.g. packaging or the ribbon off a chocolate box

Trying out my new basket dies from Tonic. I grew spider plants for years from a cutting given to me by an aunt but they all died away and the ones I got to replace from the garden centre had a similar fate. This baby one is from my DIL’s plant which she gave to me just before lockdown. Although Jodie said you could line it with plastic this basket is big enough for the plant to sit on its watering dish. The theme I have chosen is number 1 . Hopefully you can see the yellow daffodils in the panels.

Yellow is such a cheery colour and the first two challenges are very uplifting.

I've been using my new stamps from Julie Hickey to make this card for my sister in law's birthday. It's in Welsh again!

You have a limited amount of time to edit a post Mitzi. I would just list the option again in a reply. I don’t think it will get lost.

You don't have to be as mad as a box of frogs to be here but it helps:mysmilie_13:
