I ordered the same tapes and was disgusted with the way they arrived, all stuck together. Impossible to separate. I took pictures and sent them to Hochanda, who said the items would be replaced. Ten days later and the replacements never turned up, so I wrote again and was given a full refund.

What makes you cross is that they know its a problem with whatever brand of red liner so why cant the actual manufacturer put them into a waxed wrapper or bag?
