That is stupid, stupid, stupid. I can't be the only person who isn't able to watch every programme that I'm interested in when it's on live. If there's an item I'm interested in I like to go on catch-up and watch all the programmes it's on; certainly don't want to buy something I haven't seen demonstrated. Well I think that's decided me to not renew my membership next year. I'll be watching Hochanda and Crafters Companion much more so will be spending my moeny with them.

The "catch-up" progs have been missing for a couple of months or more. They don't even show descriptions on some items - even if its live! The 45 min shows are a joke, presenters talking that fast you can't tell what they say and the constantly changing P&P 'offers'. Monday morning craftiness has always had free p&p but now seems to charge, then Purple pass for non-members, goodness me, it goes on and on and like I said a few weeks ago, it smacks of desperation to me.

I don't know who's been charged with sooping up the station with all these ideas to make it "dienamic" but its time they got their P45's.

Today I noticed they were advertising a competitions magazine at only £60 for four issues. They must think we have more money than sense.

Yeah I've seen that too Roz, £60 a quarter - rip off to me.

Oh gawd, that is even worse. Might have known I hadn't read it properly!

Just been on their website again (will I never learn?) and on the schedule for tomorrow I saw Kit and Caboodle but when I clicked on the links it came up "page not found" every time, just like when I wanted to look at clothes on Craft Extra yesterday. Is it just me or are they trying to make it hard/impossible to buy anything other than what they are showing live on screen right now ?

Wouldn't surprise me ar all.. BIt by bit I am sure both craft channels are changing the way they trade. Hardly anything is left in stock during launch shows then bingo we go to advanced orders where of course they have your money probably before half the products have even been made. Couple of weeks ago a product sold out and we were told it would probably be back in the next show 45 mins later !

I must be thick. Hadn't even occurred to me that that's the reason for it, but it makes perfect sense.
