    Default Wrong order sent

Afternoon everyone. I wonder does anyone have the email address of someone who is charge at C and C these days.

I have a couple of addresses but I think different people are in charge now.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I had an outstanding parcel which they sent a request for a review so I sent an email to C&C CS and copied in the man Roz told us about, David Peck, and got a swift response.

Thank you so much for the info.
Not only have they sent the wrong item I had to pay Royal Mail £3.50 to deliver it as it didn't have enough postage.
So to say I'm not happy is an understatement.

Odd that as they don't usually use Royal Mail. David.Peck@craft-retail.com is the address I have for David Peck. It is a long time since I used it, but hopefully it is still relevant. Don't forget to mention you are £3.50 out of pocket, and that you want recompense, not just an apology. Why do I always want to put pp in the word apology?

Always look on the bright side, if you can't find it then polish up the dull side.
