I've learnt to be more assertive on the phone. It helps that I have a phone phobia, so by the tiime I have answered the phone my adrenalin is already running and I'm wound up.

Got an email from C&C today about the wretched Supercard, so have fired one back telling them what I think of their overkill sales pit, and that they had better not try it on again.
