It appears that the cogs had a design fault and loads of the machines were returned for a new one
    but they also broke
After many returns they discontinued the machine
So I suppose I’m lucky it lasted so long
Just waiting for the new cog to arrive

Hope your replacement does the trick LJ. I thought it was a good machine as it folded into a small footprint, but could cut a wide range of dies.

Yes it is a good machine as you say it folds up to save space
I bought it to make daughters wedding invites and favour boxes and I used a a4 folder to emboss them all
I have a few a4 embossing folders and a festive one that I wanted to use for my Christmas cards
My order for new cog is still processing I hope it comes soon

    Still no replacement cog
I rang this morning and told to wait till Wednesday I was charged £3.95 postage for something that would be a large letter
Bit miffed as my invoice 2 days after I paid showed it was sent 2nd class letter no tracking
Sender said that you could not get tracking for £3.95 liar
I asked if they got proof of posting No they had not
And if it did not arrive to contact Royal Mail
I sent an email showing Royal Mail postage prices and that it’s senders responsibility not the recipients to sort it out
Looks like I’m going to buy a new machine if cog does not show up
    Looked at tangerine it’s discontinued
So it looks like big shot pro as it’s on offer
Another machine that has been discontinued in the faithful cuttle bug
I got my 1st one when it was first launched no
Problems till it exploded a few months after I dropped it
Had new one for must be 5 + years ( whispers so I don’t tempt fate
It’s still going strong although a bit tatty from constant use )

Didn't know they had discontinued the Tangerine. I wonder if they will introduce another one, but there are so many different ones now it might not be worth it.

I dob’t think the Tangerine has been discontinued. It’s hard to get hold of one - it takes months for them to be in-stock.

Still no sign of my cog company did not get proof of postage just stamp and in post box
So they can’t claim from Royal Mail and I can’t prove so never got it will give it a few more days and get PayPal to step in
Not had good luck with orders
Ordered a pair of shoes for up coming wedding Blunts shoes on ebay they were dispatch Royal Mail 24 buttook 9 days
They arrived today they looked lovey but I could not get my foot in them
I am a small size three the width was 6 cm are they having a laugh
Contacted seller who said to return them tracked and they will look at them
It’s going to cost me nearly £5 in postage they were only £10.99 and they they said they would only return price paid as they sent them free delivery it’s not worth the hassle of going to town to return them and waiting the stated 14 days refund
Will have to find someone will a 7 year olds width foot who likes 3 inch heels lol
