I've read that she is doing the Strictly tour so won't that take her away from the office a bit? But she is a force to be reckoned with so she would sort C&C out for sure.

Tonic heading to the other side? It is the Merry-go-Round again.. We know it happens every so often so we shouldn't be too surprised. It stops stagnation and we were just talking about being bored with the same old stuff. It will still be the same old stuff but on different channels!

Duh. You use Monday's bottle on Monday, Tuesday's bottle on Tuesday etc. Isn't it obvious!!

(I think I'm losing the plot too).

Carnation have always sold things like glue applicators, cut tidy and Pro paper. The days of the week glue was launched a while ago with all the days in one pack. I think it's meant to be a bit tongue in cheek! And the single bottles would be to top up if you've finished that day's bottle. Personally I'd just use a sticker to change the name on another bottle - not that I would be inclined to use 'daily' bottles in the first place!

I’m trying to cut down on buying craft supplies, but I do hope The Craft Store won’t be completely overtaken by Stephanie Weightman and everythinK ( which really annoys me as it’s everything) she sells.

There are only two products on the Craft Store web site. Simon, who owns Tonic, has confirmed they’re not items that are being supplied by Tonic themselves. He’s also confirmed that Tonic aren’t moving over to the Craft Store.

    I think I've cracked it.

Monday's glue is for a face,
Tuesday's glue to stick some lace,
Wednesday's glue will give some glow,
Thursday's glue, what do I know?
Friday's glue is flowing and sticky,
Saturday's glue is always so tacky,
And the glue that is opened on the Sabbath day
Can be used for crafting in any way.

I hope TCS doesn't just end up demonstrating a lot of 'cut and stick' projects, like a lot of stuff on C and C. There is nothing wrong with that, but I think the fact TCS does more mixed media, and things you have to create yourself makes it more inspiring.
Of course there is a place for that kind of crafting, especially if you need to make a lot of cards. But for me, crafting is abut the whole process, even if I make a mess of it. Which I usually do, only having one arm!
