Sorry for the delay in doing the pm's,
Lost my book with the list of who has sent to who who while sorting out my desk
and to top it all did my back in Yesterday morning,not sure how but I went to get up from my desk and was in agony ,I could only take little steps and then had to stop
hubby got me some meds this morning which are start to kick in now
so pm's are on the way ,don't panic about getting them sent as there will be a delay with royal mails strike as long as they arrive in September lol

A lot better today
Been taking ibuprofen
Says 6 tables over 24 hours
I don’t like taking tablets so only taking one at a time spreading them out last dose at bedtime
Has taken 2 days for them to really do any good
But at least it’s getting better, I can now walk down the hallway in one go not little steps while leaning against the wall
Thing was Ruby would keep licking my hand giving me a nudge ( trying to help me maybe )
So I would be wincing in pain
Today she’s been following me around bring me toys and laying by my side bless her

I'm not going to be able to post my monthly swap and Victoria's birthday card yet. I'm not well and 'think' it may be Covid. I don't want to risk passing it on if it is Covid. If I wear gloves and a mask while writing and handling the cards/envelopes do you think it would be OK?

Poor you PJP!Sorry you aren’t well . I hope you have friends nearby to check on you and drop things off.
I don’t think covid spreads through touch, I think it’s airborne but someone else probably understands how it works better than me.

I hope you soon feel better PJP. I would think envelopes should be OK and by the time they get throught the postal system the contents should be fine as well. But don't be walking down to the post box if you feel poorly. I'm sure recipients will understand a delay.

There is a bug going around my daughter had it she thought it was covid but she tested negative on her lateral flow and on the test she gets done from national statistics
I’m sure that post would be ok or we would all get it from Amazon and royal mail
But I agree don’t go out if you feel unwell look after yourself
