Elizabeth Craft Designs had an ATC set on a week or two ago (I bought it.)
It's mainly on Facebook that I'm noticing it - so many groups have recently started ATC swaps. I've not joined any because it takes me long enough to do them for this swap, and this is where my loyalty lies.
