AALL& Create are bloomin heroes!

I placed ?100 worth of orders a few days before C and C went belly up. As the website also vanished I couldn't check my orders against what had come out of my bank account, to be able to ask my bank to stop payments. THEN I got a parcel, and it was from AALL&Create. They honoured my order, even though they didn't have to and it was a financial loss to them. They also gave me a 20% off voucher to use on their website. THAT is what I call customer service!

I ordered the Digital Craftorium 'Into the Scene' from C and C. As this is a Highlight Crafts product, I received delivery from them of the USB, so really pleased. Highlight Crafts website is really good and they are demonstrating on Facebook. I must say that I find it easier watching and recording demos on the television so hopefully, another crafting channel will open soon. Good that you received your order!
