Good question. If I know who's in on Tuesday I can send PMs with the recipient on Wednesday and then shall we say get it in the post that weekend? Then it's all done and dusted before we all get too frantic. Does that sound all right? I'm new to this ;).

Since my last posting I?ve had a look at the calendar. And assuming you?re away for 2 weeks it takes us up to the last posting date of 18th December.
