    Default June Card Swap Received

    Hi

Hope I am doing this right as have never started a thread before.

Today I received an absolutely lovely card from Lynne H, it was a lovely surprise and beautifully made. Need to charge the batteries to take a photo but just wanted to say 'Thank You', straight away

With DH away I'm spending a lot of time in my craft room. When you see the card you'll realise how I came up with the idea so quickly. Thinking of card designs is not my forte! LOL

I'm glad you like it Millie. I love that ballon stamp (from Clarity) and when I saw the video that RW posted I couldn't resist having a go. I emailed a photo to my Mum and she had what I think is a fab idea....Use the same design but instead of the balloon use the Santa Sleigh Silhouette stamp (also from Clarity and in the club sale leaflet). I'm definately going to have a go as I think it will make a lovely Christmas card.

Wow Lynne, that's gorgeous - as IMP said, I love the way you've coloured the balloon & the background is just perfect! Love the way it crosses the scalloped layer! :clapping:
