Fighting back with knitting? C&C have got to them?

Am more sad that there will be plenty of sales goods left for these scheduled shows even though we all know what most/all the items are thanks to SCW. I look regularly and wonder...then think: no, you are just thinking you want it, not needing it! I am sure there are plenty of other website users who know what the clearance items are - yet they aren't shifting.

If we are not given good new alternatives, boredom sets in. It has, already, I feel. Sad indeed.

funny that you mention bargains and i just added a few more hehe, im sure others do something similar but i pride myself on the accuracy and the simplicity of the design and detail of the thread

and at this rate everything will be reduced soon i think

I must admit that I do check out SCW's lists of bargains but there is nothing left that I really want (I can't believe that I'm saying that!) By the time that you add the P&P its no longer the super bargain to entice me to part with my money - I think that I now have so much stuff, that I think twice before buying even at the last click prices.

However, I would like to see craft on QVC again hopefully with new products.

yes I can't buy anything from clearance now, nothing I would like..given up with it, if it's all jewellery and Martha Stewart next year that's the end for me...

I've found the stuff on sale on both channels just soooo boring. Most of my money recently has been spent on goodies from The Fruit Pixie or the craft shop at Elsecar. The prices may be a tad more expensive at the latter, but at least I have the interest in seeing stuff in the flesh so to speak. I've been buying charms and stuff from The Fruit Pixie by the ton, spent £20 on there website on Thursday, this was after spending £40+ at Elsecar last Tuesday. :42:

I Spent another £30+ on goodies from the craft stall at the craft fair at Elsecar yesterday. Didn't care much for the 'crafts' that were on sale at the fair, jewellery and smellies, with quite a few Christmas decorations, plus scarves by the zillion. I couldn't resist another set of Spellbinders dies, an embossing folder, and a rubber stamp of trees. I only bought the latter as the lady had a couple of cards on display that had used the stamps filled with zentangle designs. :47:
