Parchment classes

Hi - a friend and I would love to take a class in parchment craft, but no matter where I look I can't find anywhere in Essex. We live in Colchester and are reasonably mobile so could get to somewhere within 50 miles for instance, but I'm limited in that I work part-time and only have alternate weekends off.
Does anyone know of anywhere I could look? :flower:
