Default How not to store acrylic stamps

Hi everyone. I'm not in the moody to make cards at the moment so thought I would sort out my clear stamp storage. I have a lot of stamps but don't use them as they are dotted in numerous places around my craft room. However I read somewhere that you shouldn't use certain things as storage but I cannot remember what they are. Some things cause stamps to 'melt ' into the them. Any one got any ideas? I was thinking of putting them on asytate sheets then in plastic pockets then in a folder
    Thank you
    Lin

Mine are stored mainly in those divided ring binder wallets that hold postcards or similar

Clear stamps should (I hope) be ok on acetate (I know it's not good for ez mount foam as it reacts with it) seeing as most clear stamps come on plastic sheet of some sort. The only thing some clear stamps do hate is direct light.

I found getting my stamps organized helped me use more of them. I hope it works for you too.

Linnick I just thought it was extreme temperatures and sunlight that caused problems with acrylic stamps, I remember a story Nancy once told how she stored some in her conservatory and they had been ruined. I think if you use binders or plastic boxes you will be fine, just don't leave them in the heat or cold.
